This is going to be quick because I’m about to leave for dinner plans, but look what came in the mail today!

I think getting snail mail is so fun.
This was not news because I got an email an acceptance email from the marathon people a few weeks ago, but it made it feel a bit more “official.”
Running Boston for the 4th year in a row is something I am so excited for. In my last post I expressed my anxiety about not having the desire to run more than a couple of times a week (just hasn’t been appealing), but I’m in the process of accepting that more cross-training and less running is going to make me come back to running even stronger and with more enthusiasm
(Or at least I like that perspective better, so that’s my story and I’m sticking to it!)
Work and time with family is on my agenda this weekend – how about you?
Day 11 & 12 The November Gratitude Project
Yesterday: I am grateful for my refreshing yoga class led by an inspiring instructor and then coming home to a ready-to-eat hot dinner.
Today: I am thankful for the 60-degree and sunny weather that perked up my mood.
Please tell me what you are thankful for today! I’d love to hear it.

Glad to know I am not the only one who was excited to get that little acceptance flyer! I contemplated posting a picture of it, and now I may just do it!
Good luck on your training journey
I am thankful for heath and opportunity, among other things such as rest days and homemade treats!

You DO need to run Boston!! Seriously. Most amazing running experience I could ask for. Are you talking with a charity? Let me know if I can answer any questions!
